Xiaomi Book Pro 16 2024 with 4K OLED Display and 12th Generation Intel CPU is Revealed. At the Xiaomi 12S event, Xiaomi announced the Xiaomi Book Pro 16 and 14 2024 models. The Book Pro 16 has an OLED touchscreen, whereas the 14-inch model has a 2.8K OLED touchscreen.
The Intel 12th generation processors power the 2024 Book Pro models. The Xiaomi Book Pro 2024 series was released on Monday in two sizes. One has a 14-inch display, while the other has a 16-inch display. The newly unveiled notebook series features E4 OLED displays with 3D LUT color correction created by Xiaomi and Dolby Vision support.
The Xiaomi Book Pro 2024 laptops are made of lightweight materials and have a 14.9mm thickness. Both variants, on the other hand, are powered by a 12th-generation Intel Core P series SoC.

Availability of the Xiaomi Book Pro 16 2024
The Xiaomi Book Pro 16 2024 starts at 6,499 yuan (approximately 76,580). These laptops will be available in China beginning July 8, 2023. XIAOMI Book with 12th Generation Intel Processor Launched Xiaomi has unveiled the Book Pro 16 2024. The larger sibling to the Book Pro 14 2024, which was also unveiled today.
While the two are from the same product family, there are some differences between them, most notably their prices. Both, however, have OLED displays and Intel Alder Lake-P processors. On the one hand, Xiaomi equips the Book Pro 16 2024 with a 4K OLED display, whereas the Book Pro 14 2024 has a 2.8K display.
According to Xiaomi, the Book 14’s display has a resolution of 3,840 x 2,400 pixels in a 16:10 aspect ratio and 283 PPI. A refresh rate of 60 Hz, and 100 percent DCI-P3 color space coverage. Furthermore, the display has a peak brightness of 600 nits and a 90.68% screen-to-body ratio.

Furthermore, the Book Pro 16 2024 is outfitted with the same Core i5-1240P and Core i7-1260P processors as the Book Pro 14 2024. For some reason, the Book Pro 16 2024 does not include an optional GeForce MX550, though a GeForce RTX 2050 is available with the Core i7-1260P. In addition, the Book Pro 16 2024 shares 16 GB of LPDDR5-5200 RAM and 512 GB of PCIe 4.0 storage with its smaller sibling.
The Book Pro 16 2024, on the other hand, has a larger battery than the Book Pro 14 2024, though it also supports up to 100 W fast charging. For comparison, the former has a 70 Wh battery, which is 14 Wh larger than the battery in the Book Pro 14 2024. The Book Pro 16 2024 is, unsurprisingly, larger and heavier than the 14-inch model.
But it has the same three USB Type-C ports, including one Thunderbolt 4 port, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. The Book Pro 16 2024 is currently only available in China and retails for the following prices; a global launch is unknown at this time:
