Meeting Pro 2024: Refunds
To be considered for a refund for Meeting Pro 2024 meetings, your refund request form must be submitted to INTA Member Operations stating the reason for the refund request. The refund request is then provided in detail with copies of relevant supporting documents.
A full refund for periodic registration fees will be issued if the refund request is detailed by Friday, March 8, 2024, 11:59 pm (US Eastern Time). Refunds requested after Friday, March 8, 2024, 11:59 pm (United States Eastern Time) may receive a full refund of the registration fee, minus an administrative fee of US$150. No refund requests will be accepted after that and no refunds will be made after Wednesday, May 15, 2024, 11:59 PM (US Eastern Time).
Substitutions:
Meeting Pro 2024 may be transferable to another person authorized by your member organization’s umbrella through your base registration for hosted annual meetings and any additional related events.
Please submit your replacement request form to INTA Member Operations to facilitate the replacement process. The various reasons for substitution and the person attending in your place are to be submitted in detail. All replacement requests for this period must be submitted by Wednesday, May 15, 2024, 11:59 pm (US Eastern Time).
