When it is released, the Intel Confirms Arc A770, 16GB GDDR6, Release Date & 8GB GDDR6 Storage will be one of the most powerful graphics cards in the company’s lineup, although the Intel Arc Alchemist release date remains unknown. Team Blue, on the other hand, appears to be planning to unveil its top level very soon.
The company states in an update to the Xe HPG Scavenger Hunt winners published on the Intel Insiders Community discord, “the debut of the Intel Arc A7 series desktop devices is now in sight!” “While team blue’s statement does not provide a specific release date, it does indicate that we should be ready for a launch in the near future.” While the A770 should be the strongest graphics card in the Arc A series for people who value performance prior to anything else, the A380 could be a godsend for those on a tight budget. That is, of course, assuming Intel decides to make it available outside of China.
About the Item
Intel’s Arc A770 is a graphics card. The ACM-G10 model of the card supports DirectX 12 Ultimate and is built on the 6 nm process and built on the DG2-512 graphics processor. This assures that all modern games will function properly on the Arc A770. Furthermore, the DirectX 12 Ultimate capability ensures compatibility for hardware raytracing, variable-rate shading, and other features in upcoming video games.
A big chip with a die area of 406 mm2 and 21,700 million transistors, the DG2-512 graphics processor is a powerful device. It has 128 ROPs, 256 texture mapping units, and 4096 shading units. 32 acceleration cores for raytracing are also on the card. The Arc A770 and 16 GB of GDDR6 memory from Intel are coupled through a 256-bit memory interface. The GPU runs at a speed of 300 MHz, which may be increased to 1650 MHz, while the memory operates at 1500 MHz (12 Gbps effective). The maximum power consumption is 120 W. As it is not intended to have monitors attached to it, this device lacks display connectivity. PCI-Express 4.0×16 interface is used to link Arc A770 to the system’s other components.
Intel Arc A770 Launch Date
While drivers may not be in the finest shape, Intel has given the go-ahead and the business reports that it has begun receiving the top Arc 7 series graphics cards with the package, ready for final testing before sampling with the press. The Arc A770 16 GB graphics cards will be available in the Arc 7 series.
This has been a difficult journey for all of you. While there have been delays in the final release of Intel Arc graphics for computers, we want to make it clear that this release is approaching. Intel has begun the transition to a full desktop launch and a surprise unveiling of the Intel Arc Gaming Truck.
As the product begins to come together, we are all very pleased to finally announce the Xe HPG Scavenger Hunt rewards this summer. The photographs below show the Intel Arc A750 Graphics Card arriving at Intel headquarters with a package prepared for final testing before sampling with the press. Bottom line, the debut of the Intel Arc A7 series desktop products, as well as the prizes for this contest, are now within reach!
The Xe-HPG Scavenger Hunt winners will also receive an Arc A770 16 GB graphics card as the “Premium” reward and an Arc A750 8 GB graphics card as the “Performance” prize, according to Intel. The winners should receive their prizes around the time of the sampling, which should be in a few weeks.
Specifications for the Intel Arc A770 Graphics Card
The Intel Arc 7 range will use the ACM-G10 flagship GPU, while we already know more about mobility variants, comprising the Arc A770M and Arc A730M. Likewise, the Arc A770 is one of the top-tier desktop PC models that features the entire ACM-G10 architecture, with 32 Xe-Cores for 4096 ALUs and 32 ray tracing units.
In concerns of clocks, the GPU must work at a peak boost of 2.4 GHz, which is always higher than the engine clock speed quoted. The GPU must be able to provide close to 20 TFLOPs of FP32 horsepower at 2400 MHz. The card has a TGP of roughly 225W. In terms of performance, the graphics card is projected to fall among the RTX 3060 Ti and the RTX 3070.
