2024 Acura Integra Type S: Release Date, Specs & Price

2024 Acura Integra Type S Is Coming Soon is a high-performance version of the five-door fastback (which also features a hatch) that Acura has stated is in the works and will be added to the Integra lineup for the 2024 model year. According to the premium Honda brand, the camouflage-clad Integra Type S would offer “maximum street performance and driver involvement” and be powered by a 2.0-liter VTEC turbocharged engine with “over 300 horsepower.” The Type S will only be available with a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.

The Civic Type R’s engine and manual transmission will be installed in the Integra Type S-

Acura has stated that like the Civic Type R, The Integra Type S would be powered by a “high-revving turbocharged 2.0-liter VTEC” engine with more than 300 horsepower. Likewise, the Integra will only be available with a six-speed manual transmission. Additionally, the Integra will include a limited-slip differential.

However, I can confirm that the 2024 Acura Integra Type S will use a turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four engine with “more than 300 horsepower,” connected only to a six-speed manual transmission. If anything about it sounds familiar. It’s because the 2023 Honda Civic Type R has similar specifications—exactly 315 horsepower and 310 lb-ft. The basic Integra is powered by a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 200 horsepower that was taken from the Honda Civic Si. 2024 Acura Integra Type S Looks Sharp in Camouflage-
